Accounting Graduate Named Bank VP, CFO

BW accounting graduate Josephine Iannelli was recently appointed as executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer at Bar Harbor Bankshares and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in Maine.

As an experienced and diverse financial leader, Iannelli comes to Bar Harbor after working with Berkshire Hills Bancorp in a similar position as senior executive vice president, CFO and treasurer. Her past experience also includes work at KPMG and KeyCorp, as well as a number of regional financial institutions. She also developed her own national and international consulting company.

With more than 130 years in business, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust was named as one of the 2016 Top 200 Publicly Traded Community Banks in the nation by American Banker magazine.

In announcing Iannelli's appointment, Curtis Simard, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's president and CEO, said, "Josephine will be a critical leader for our company and her experience will make her a key member of our senior executive team."
