What makes Baldwin Wallace University distinctive? Everyone at BW is willing to help you grow as not only an individual but as a professional. I developed amazing relationships with faculty as well as alumni while I was a student here. The resources BW provides you with are there to help you be successful and passionate about your future. It’s truly one big community.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland? Berea is only 20 minutes from Cleveland, so you can experience so many new hobbies and places. In Berea you can go to quaint shops, local restaurants, a Browns training camp or even try stand-up paddle boarding at Coe Lake. In Cleveland you can explore the city, go to the Cleveland Museum of Art or attend sporting events. There’s always something to do!

Where would I still like to visit that I haven’t already? I’ve never left the states so I have a long list of places in Europe I’d like to visit. Top of the list right now is Poland. Fun fact, I actually speak some Polish!

What is the most interesting place I have visited? My college roommate was from Georgia so while I was a student I flew down to see her in the summer. We visited Covington, GA where they filmed the show "The Vampire Diaries" which was really cool.

If I could meet any historical figure, who would it be and why? Princess Diana. She was innovative and bold which I really admire. Such an icon!

My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW: College is the time where you get to know who you are as a person. You’ll find new passions, develop professional skills and learn a lot inside and outside of the classroom. BW offered me an array of opportunities that went above and beyond my original expectations for my college experience. My best advice is to go on visits, take a tour with students, sit in on classes or meet with professors. It’s all about you being comfortable and finding your right fit!
