Lynn M. Schulte is a professor of business administration and teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate business programs. Schulte has taught introduction to business, principles of accounting I and II, federal income taxation – individual and business, accounting and finance management, accountability of financial resources, accounting for managers and financial statement analysis.

Schulte began her career in the financial accounting and reporting department of a major utility company where her responsibilities included the preparation financial statements, deviation reports and historical analysis. She was responsible for implementing refined subsidiary accounting procedures using state-of-the-art accounting software. Schulte has extensive experience in tax preparation and planning. She began her own accounting and tax practice in 1993. Her practice focused primarily on individual, trust and small business tax consultation and providing accounting services to small service and manufacturing companies. 

Schulte is a certified public accountant, registered and certified by the Accountancy Board of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Ohio Society of CPAs, American Accounting Association and the National Society of Certified Tax Professionals.    

Schulte is faculty advisor to BW's tax clinic, a hands-on experience for students to provide free tax service to the community.
