Christa M. Jones, M.A., CCC-SLP is an associate professor for the communications sciences and disorders department. Jones came to Baldwin Wallace University with years of clinical experience from working in nursing homes, hospitals and outpatient clinical settings. Her primary areas of interest include concussion and traumatic brain injury, dementia and memory care, cognitive communication disorders and fluency disorders. Jones currently coordinates the BW Speech Clinic’s involvement in the interdisciplinary concussion management program for student-athletes on campus. She is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology. In addition to her role as clinical supervisor and efforts with the concussion management program, Jones teaches a variety of courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels within communication sciences and disorders department.
